Delivery of goods to your city can be carried out in two ways:
ALMED OWN COURIER DELIVERY
You can come and pick up your order yourself from our office in London.
DELIVERY BY COURIER OR TRANSPORT COMPANY
We deliver bicycles to your city by courier service or transport company.
HOW DOES THE ORDER OF THE GOODS AND ITS DELIVERY
How the goods are ordered and delivered by courier or transport company.
1. On our website or on the website of our partners, you select a product and place an order by phone or directly on the website, placing the product in the basket and filling in your personal data
2. Our manager contacts you by e-mail or phone and specifies the details of the order, availability, color, cost, etc. or sends information on the availability and methods of payment for the order.
We issue an invoice for prepayment or full payment. It will be enough for you to make an advance payment of 30% of the cost.
You will pay the remaining amount upon receipt of the order.
You can also pay the full amount of the order - (if you wish).
3. Payment or prepayment for your order can be made in the following ways:
Online payment on the site (by credit card VIZA / MasterCard or electronic money),
payment by our bank details (in this case we will send you an invoice).
4. After you make an advance payment, we deliver your order to your city. Delivery is carried out by courier service.
5. As soon as the order arrives in your city, the manager of the Courier Service will contact you. You pay the remaining amount and receive your order.
* Upon delivery, payment for the order must be made immediately before receiving the order according to our details, since the transport company does not actually provide cash payment services.
